Book Method Distiller

Use this skill when turning book notes, reading highlights, or long-form methodology notes into durable reusable methods.

Rules

• Treat the note as source material, not as proof that the method is universally true.
• Preserve evidence references from the input blocks, such as B1, B2, and B3.
• Separate stable principles, decision rules, mental models, operational checks, boundaries, anti-patterns, source gaps, and open questions.
• Prefer long-lived mechanisms over timely opinions.
• Keep the author's idea separate from Seed's own interpretation.
• Do not convert a general principle into trading, investing, medical, legal, or other high-stakes advice unless the source explicitly supports that use case.
• If a principle is interesting but weakly supported by the note, mark confidence as low and add the missing evidence to source gaps.

Output Priorities

• What method can be reused.
• When the method applies.
• What inputs or observations the method needs.
• What breaks the method.
• What an agent should check before using it.
• How this method can be compared with creator profiles, video semantics, news facts, earnings facts, or finance digests.
